Application and selection procedure
Application is performed by completing the online application form and enclosing all requested information and documents. All requested documents should be attached as ".pdf" format files.
To enter an application the "Apply here" tab is prepared on the TRIBOS website.
After successfully completing the online application an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the applicant.
Selections are performed by the academic staff of Partner universities by using Selection criteria as defined in the "Selection criteria" section on the TRIBOS website. Preliminary results will be sent to applicants via e-mail at the earliest possible, approximately in the second week of March, including the selection details, options for the applicant, potential specifics, and other relevant information.
Final decisions will be emailed to applicants in coordination with EACA approximately in the middle of May. Further details will be provided to students invited to enroll in the TRIBOS+ programme at that time.
Prior to the enrolment in the TRIBOS+ programme the students are obligated to sign the Student Agreement which sets up the contractual obligations, rules, and rights between the Student and the TRIBOS+ Consortium.
Provisions for the processing of the personal data
Candidates/Applicants are informed that if they are selected their data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the programmes, efficiently manage the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the TRIBOS+ Consortium, EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices, and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
